- Follow the "50% rule": remove half of items from rooms, closets, walls, and shelves.

- If the home feels too sparse, I’ll help with light decor touches later.
- Use the garage or unfinished areas for moving items.
- It’s okay to show that you're moving, just keep it neat and in designated areas.
- Do a full deep clean 1–2 weeks before going live.
- Clean all surfaces and inside/outside appliances.
