As we prepare to list your property, it's essential to present it in the best condition possible. Below are helpful, not mandatory, suggestions to improve presentation, attract more interest, and potentially boost market value. Your comfort and convenience come first.

Depersonalizing
  • Remove personal photos and items.
  • Take down sports-themed or hobby-related decor.
  • Create a neutral backdrop to appeal to a variety of buyers.
Decluttering
  • Follow the "50% rule": remove half of items from rooms, closets, walls, and shelves.
  • This showcases more space and storage potential.
  • If the home feels too sparse, I’ll help with light decor touches later.
Organization
  • Use the garage or unfinished areas for moving items.
  • It’s okay to show that you're moving, just keep it neat and in designated areas.
Deep Cleaning
  • Do a full deep clean 1–2 weeks before going live.
  • Clean all surfaces and inside/outside appliances.
  • Wipe cabinets, baseboards, and doors thoroughly.
  • If overwhelmed, consider hiring professionals.
